Failed to Provide A Tracking # When In Fact There Was One With Priority Mail
I have been in the legal profession for the past 20 years. I was in need of a few personal checks. Before I placed my order, I asked if I could sign for the delivery of the checks. They said No! I still went ahead & placed an order for trial checks. I received an email that allowed me to track the checks. When I clicked on the tracking there was no information so I contacted Vistaprint directly. My call went to a call center outside the US. I simply asked for the tracking # and/or status of the order. I was placed on hold repeatedly b/c these people had to call the service center here in the states. Ultimately, I was told that there is no tracking # because I did not pay for one. Once again, we are talking about personal checks. This is a Big, Big Deal! I was checking my mail on a daily basis. I went to my mailbox on 6/26/2023 and the envelope was there. Guess what? The envelope was delivered via USPS / Priority Mail on 6/24/2023. There was a huge tracking # listed right on the envelope cover and sat in my mailbox for over 24 hours. ALL USPS PRIORITY MAIL COMES WITH TRACKING #! I should have read the delivery reviews from Trustpilot. Actually, I'm glad I didn't read them after I placed my order or I would never have slept. Stay far away from this company. There are other more competent companies that provide assurance to their customers after they have paid & placed an order. Never, ever again! Lesson learned!

Horrible service do not order they used…
Horrible service do not order they used to be good but now the site is horrible the shipping is horrible and customer service is useless. very disappointed in them I've been a long time customer and thanks to last two transactions still in process these if I ever get them will be the last on a scale of 1-5 I rate them negative 5 now

This company does not care about their customer
They delivered my order to the wrong address and basically said that this was my issue. If I wanted to try again, I would have to pay again. The customer service agent basically did not care and said that once it is out with UPS it is no longer their responsibility. You would think that they would at the very least help track it down from UPS. The lack of ownership or partnership is alarming. I will not do business with this company again. They do not care! If they do not care, how can anyone risk doing business with them. Warning, stay away and find a printing company that actually cares.

Magnificent Service
Ordered some business cards from another company that was utterly disgraceful and updated a previous template from Vista. Editing the text, changing the font, and adding text boxes and logo was flawless with Vista. I could not match the black background with the logo I selected and could change the white background from white to black. I was amazed when trying the chat feature; I got someone (Rhonda) on within 3 minutes. Rhonda could match the background, enhance the colored font used and change the back to the color I attempted to change! After the chat, I checked the rear of the card and could not change the font color, and again, I got Gabrielle within 2 minutes. She corrected the font color and gave me access to the unavailable Vista DIY tools due to an apparent technical issue. Vista deserves five stars for the top-notch service I received and my online product quality! I'll update once the product is received.

Never Lets Me Down!
I've ordered from VistaPrint numerous times before and it's always been great. I love their Thank-You cards and stickers. Awesome quality. The service and shipping is always lightening fast as well. Will always be my go-to! Highly recommend.

T-shirts logo
I uploaded the logo in high resolution. For printing on two T-shirts. The colors do not look bright and faded... the logo on the back of the T-shirt should have been between the shoulder blades but turned out to be almost on the lower back. I'm just silent about the quality of T-shirts... for all this I paid $ 90

Late delivery & bad customer service
Don't bother ordering here if your order is urgent and important. We ordered Express for a conference and never received the flyers. We also never received any notification about any delay. We only learned about a "delay in production" once we messaged them on the day of the scheduled delivery. By then it was already too late as the event had already started. Three days earlier we were messaging them via their support chat, to double check and confirm that the ETA is still accurate and the shipment is on track. At that point, we only received positive assurances. Three days later and everything had seemingly changed... AVOID

No VISTAPRINT customer service after hours and the WIX website migration is RIDICULOUS
Not that I'm that fond of Vistaprint anyway, but my company is currently using them for our Website. TVistaprint has now combined with WIX and are calling it VISTA x WIX. WIX is "currently" migrating websites, doing this with no choice of whether we want a redesign of our site. Now that's GALL. NO INFO on when this miraculous re-birth might happen over a year, and our price will go up (we didn't have a choice on that either). But my biggest complaint is that apparently Vistaprint/Wix are working on my website (I guess, who really knows?) And there is NO PLACE TO FIND ANSWERS ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON after whatever hours they are deciding to be open (Apparently the WHOLE WORLD revolves around whatever time they deem as important). I work after hours. I need to post some info RIGHT NOW, but our site and anything I need to change on it is only available who knows when? But I can't find that out to do my job because if I want to ask anyone I can fill out an email request and expect an email sometime in the next 24 hours. But even with THAT, THE ONLY INFO that they will answer by email is "Need a password?" or "Reset your Password." Really? That's the only thing you think could be needed across the world? MORONS. I PROMISE that I will do everything in my power to make my company choose a MORE RELIABLE and useful place to do business. You can BE SURE my recommendation won't be with VISTAPRINT NOR WIX. I can't give you anything to verify my credentials as I am only a lowly graphic designer. We don't matter.

I ordered a few personalized items from…
I ordered a few personalized items from them and they all came exactly as it was supposed to. I had an issue with one of them and the rep gave me a credit to reorder it and it came fine. I have no complaints at all.

Marketing materials for event not arriving.
I'm a small business, we ordered marketing materials and shirts for staff for an event Notified the day of arrival wont even ship for a week, paid extra to arrive on time. $$$$ spent waisted event a bust with staff not in uniform, no giveaways, no flyers, nothing Even the 1 item they managed to print didn't arrive. We are disappointed, and frustrated! Being small dependability from vendors is a must.

That is on your end... It does not have 2 step verification like bank website do, but all you have to do is make a secure password uncommon to other passwords you use
